Sleep:

Get Sleep to be Healthy!Firstly, you need to do your part by giving your body plenty of sleep. Eight to ten hours is per night is great.

Try to reduce your stress as much as you possibly can.

Water:

Water…It’s such a simple thing to hydrate your body by making sure you have a drink of water available at all times.

Sensible Diet:

Sensible DietA sensible diet will give your body the endurance to work out to the maximum. Eating high in protein, low in fat, like chicken breasts or fish at least twice a week, and all the vegetables & fruit you like.

Stick with breads that are darker in color, preferably enhanced with seeds.

Stop Smoking:

Quit smoking, or at least reduce the habit! Must we go into this?

Fitness Regimen:

ExerciseComing in as a group for your sessions might make classes more effective & enjoyable for you, or you might be a person, who can more easily advance in a one-on-one situation. Whichever way you feel you are most motivated to work, that’s the point.
