During the month of July, B.A.M. Niagara will be holding specialized classes in Agility, Speed & Conditioning for kids in two age groups.

Whether your child is looking for specific coaching for getting quicker, faster, stronger & more confident in their sport, these 1 hour classes will give them a superior workout. Practical drills, strategy & mindset are all key ingredients to these classes, geared for young athletes.
