City walk-abouts will take you around the city with a B.A.M. Niagara instructor, helping you to get some fitness in at 8:00 pm every weeknight through the Summer, starting & ending at the gym @ 4548 Zimmerman Ave., Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Workouts will be 1 hour and you will be able to get in cardio, conditioning, agility, strength and more.
City “Walk-About” workouts will include fun fitness, parts of which is similar to the video below, that will challenge you, and get you hooked for more!
